Information:
Aaron was injured in the Civil War in Gettysburg on July 1, 1863 and died from his wounds in Baltimore MD on July 8, 1863. In some records his death is listed as August 21, 1863. According to some records cause of death was from amputation. Aaron enlisted in the war on March 6, 1831. On June 3, 1861 Aaron enlisted with Company E, Pennsylvania 27th Infantry Regiment.Aaron married again during leave from the war to Mary Ann Frazer on March 25, 1863 in Philadelphia PA.

1860: Mary Vanderslice (age 28) and Martha Vanderslice (age 27) are listed on the census data. Mary is assumed to be an aunt to the children. It is not known why Aaron is not listed on the census since he had not gone to war yet.
In the census data, William and Ann are 2 of 3 triplets with the third having died. Thomas (Thos) was listed as a twin with the second dying.
Notes:
George W. Busk is believed to be a step-father of William or Martha. He was listed in a census with William in 1910.
